It is designed to reduce decision overload: start with the highlighted ‘Do this next’ action, use the route map to understand what comes later, and open the deeper analysis only when you need it.

Scholify looks for the action most likely to unblock useful progress now. It considers readiness gaps, missing or outdated documents, active applications, deadlines, opportunity fit, funding relevance, and workload. For example, requesting a recommendation letter may appear before starting another application when that letter is a common requirement and an unresolved blocker. The priority can change when your Student Universe changes.

The route map shows the sequence from choosing a priority to clearing what is missing, preparing the application, and submitting and tracking it. ‘Now’ identifies the stage that deserves attention today. ‘Later’ stages are visible so you understand the route, but you do not need to complete everything at once.

They are intentionally separate so factual information and personalised advice do not blur together.
